With the additional features, Prime Pack Advanced is the turbo among the Media Asset Management Systems. A fast workaround and a perfect usability are granting the fastest possible access to all digital objects.
The „just-in-time“ editing of meta data is due to the keyword based indexing no problem. This highly effective indexing is supporting a fast publishing of image data. The time triggered clearance of images allows a direct image delivery via link or e-mail to different groups.
With the country tag module you can tag different images with a country code (DE, EN, US, FR, ....). This allows for example, during image selection and dispatch, to filter images for country specific features.
An individual digital watermark does not only protect valuable image data but also carries your company logo or a marketing message to the user.
The Prime Pack Advanced is especially suitable for users in agencies and public relations. All in all for everyone who need to transport digital images fast and effective at low costs.
Further modules make the Prime Pack a universal tool for the industry and different media.
The single modules
- Collection: A user with specific rights is able to create a collection of objects and provide it to other users for a fixed period. The necessary access data will be generated and distributed automatically by Pixelboxx. The temporary user receives the data by mail.

- Ordering: It is not possible for a user to perform a direct download. Instead, he orders the original files from a Pixelboxx object manager. The parties involved are notified via E-Mail including special links for delivery and deny of orders (download link).
- Release: A user can easily request the release of an object from another user (e.g. product manager) by using a form. The release request is send by e-mail and allows a direct release via response mail.
- Keyword based caption:
This module allows the keyword based caption and search within categories.
It is possible to add keywords of one category to a certain attribute. The keywords are displayed according to the language chosen. You can also add a keyword category to an attribute. This category is, on the other hand, assigned to a list of keywords from where you can choose the suitable keywords for the attribute. - PDF-Single page view: This module is used to seperate PDF documents in single pages which should be visible and searchable separately.
- Adding digital watermarks individually: Watermarks, added manually or automatically during import, protect objects of unauthorized usage and mark them explicitly.
- Country Tags: Extension of the right structure with an object specific country tag. Single countries can be assigned to Pixelboxx user as well as to Pixelboxx objects. The country tags are supposed to limit the access of a user to objects with the same country tag as his own. The different countries can be handled via the administration interface.
